Ruby Tuesdays in Muncie

Great food. Horrible service. Ordered soup and salad. I made my salad but had to ask for my soup as we were getting ready to leave. Snapped a picture of my waiter playing with his phone. That's what he did basically the whole time I was there.

Food serving size was plentiful and tasty;wait-staff was attentive but not disruptive.Pricing was fair. Find a coupon and save money too.

Ruby Tuesday is far a great place to eat and relax. My server was fantastic no problems at all. My drinks were refilled and found his attitude was satisfied thx

Asked for a medium burger, instead they gave me a completely burnt and overcooked burger. Would have sent it back in a heartbeat if it wasn't carry out.

Great service, great meal. Best salad bar around! And I brought in 24 people as their bus driver. Hard to get good service with a large group!

We got the sampler and spicy shrimp appetizers. My wife and shared those with our two year old and then got the Chocolate Tall Cake. The portions were great for a light meal since we knew we wanted to have room for dessert.

My family took me there to celebrate my birthday. The food was great. We all had a good time.

My family's food was great. I wouldn't know...my plate wasn't served until they were almost finished and I had to let my waiter know I was never served because they never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. They were not terribly busy, multiple open tables so that wasn't a factor. And when we got our bill (minus my dish-thankfully) they had extra drinks on my tab. I shouldn't have to speak to a manager about removing things we flat out didn't order. 1st time visit = last time.

I Luv the salad bar! Fresh mixed greens & all the fixins! Not a fan of plain ole iceberg lettuce! The pumpernickel croutons are amazing! "Crunchewy"

Stopped by to have lunch w/ a friend. We ate the salad bar w/sweet tea. It was superb. Waiter was attentive and cked on us . very pleasant lunch! 😊

This place is terrible. Food is standard, but what is really lacking is the service. Waited 1.5 hours for chicken and ribs. The chocolate molten cake dessert took so long we cancelled it. The place was not even that busy. NEVER GO HERE!!

Decided to eat Ruby Tuesday for dinner tonight. The salad bar always makes our decision to head there when we are ready to eat. Tonight we noticed a table next to us was having issues with their food. Shelby, which whom we shared as a server, ran the carryouts and serving andddd bartending. After making sure their meal was finally what they ordered and exactly what they needed they decided to leave with no tip. I could see her from my seat and when she opened the black case with the receipt, there was nothing but the paid bill. Your face immediately turned red and you could see in her eyes the hurt. Shelby did everything possible plus more! Shelby is a fantastic worker and definitely didn’t get the recognition like she deserves! So for those people that decided to make her feel not good enough. Shame on you. We made sure to flip her night right back around! Shelby not everyone is a**holes. Keep up the great work. Your doing awesome!!!!

Great food can always find a coupon in retail me not

Good food as usual, love the salad bar,restaurant was clean even though it was close to closing time.

Food was fine, mostly, but apparently a cook or prep person quit at the beginning on Saturday evening dinner rush and it was a 2 hour ordeal. Not sure if this is indicative of the restaurant as a whole but next time we are in Muncie we will be avoiding this establishment.

Well I had a coupon that clearly said 50% off your order....when I got my bill they took 50% off of the lowest cost item....a kids meal.....not happy about that. I am a regular customer too...

Despite the place being literally empty, as we were the only people in there aside from two other customers, we waited over an hour for our food. As well as this, despite a large sign on the door stating that masks were required to enter, the other customers were not wearing them, and never appeared to be asked to wear one. Our waiter was very polite and apologetic, and the food was good once we finally got it, which is the only thing that redeemed this review for me. Overall would not recommend unless you have the entire afternoon/night to wait...

Very delicious food and lots of healthy options. Got the top sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. Tasty salad bar and good service.

Great! The food and service was great. I had the old fashioned cheese burger and onion rings, the mustard and ketchup was served on the side, which is good, that way a person can have as much or less as they desire. Plus, the margarita was great too.

Waitress was awesome. Food is always great. This time edible but not so great.

Great food and service

We usually have great food and service at Ruby Tuesdays. But last night, Valentine's Day, was the exception. Our server was nice, great sense of humor. The temperature in the restaurant was freezing. It felt like the site conditioning was on with the cold breeze blowing on us. And if you know me, I am never cold. The end result was that our food was cold before we could finish it. I figured it was to get people to leave quicker. Both of our steaks were overcooked. And while looking at the receipt just now I realized we were overcharged by $3 for our meal. Hope next time is better

Went to the restaurant on a Saturday Evening about 6:30. There are about ten tables and booth open but we are told it would be a 20 minute wait. When asked why we cannot be seated we are told all tables are reserved. After waiting another 30 minutes we are told now the kitchen is behind. The tables are still open and we are waiting in the cold lobby. Still another 20 minute wait so we leave. This store needs new management.

The food was very good and our waitress was great. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Most of the time I have had good luck with RT. I'm a big fan of their burgers. However, the last time I visited I was served 3 different burgers. 1 well done and 2 very rare. Had I know it would be that much trouble I would have eaten the first one. Hopefully my next visit the grill we get the medium burger right the first time.

Ruby Tuesday has a fresh salad bar, the food from the menu is delicious, and the Muncie staff is friendly/helpful. The Muncie Ruby Tuesday is a good restaurant for the chain.

Still sitting here half capacity and waiting over 25 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich and a veggie burger

Food was great. Server was fair. The hostess when we were standing in line next to be served. Overlooked my sister and I for another COUPLE. And of course stood there and glared at us , and did not say thanks for coming in when we were leaving no smile or nothing. Dont feel like she should be at the front of the house with her demeanor. We definitely did not feel welcome at all. 6/15/2019 @ approximately 7:45 pm. We probably won't be back.

Had salad bar and soup. Both were great. Alot of choices on salad bar and soup was great. Did take a while for 1st bowl of soup though. Salad bar was pretty fresh.

Best place to eat

Came in ordered lunch buffet and broccoli cheese soup. The broccoli was still frozen in the soup, the soup itself had a grainy texture to it. If you can't get premade prepackaged soup correct I can only imagine the atrocities being served from that kitchen. The staff our waiter in particular was pleasant and concerned. The manager while willing to help correct the error on the first bowl of soup I was again served a second frozen broccoli cheese slurry. I would not recommend this restaurant to my enemies.

The waitress was pretty rude and she ripped the cup out of my hands when I asked for a refill didn't ask me what drink I had and came back with the wrong drink.

My husband's birthday. May 9, 2019We arrived around 8pm. Missed the dinner rush. Staff was very nice and attentive. Our server, Megan, was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the menu choices. The food was timed perfectly. It was cooked well and tasty. The salad bar was stocked. We enjoyed this meal very much.

Good place for lunch, good service and food

Food ok but was surprised they had an open salad bar, plate filled by a server as customer chose items. Anyone walking by could have coughed on things or touched things.

The Best Ruby Tuesday in muncie our waitress was so amazing even though they were busy the ribs and chicken amazing definitely recommend

My wife and I had supper there tonight. I had a hair in my food which waitress also saw as I pulled it out. She was very nice and said she would take it back and have them make another meal if I wanted. I had her take it back and after finishing most of chicken and as starting on green beans noticed another hair in them. I will never eat there again.

Love this place. Go with friends and family on special days. They have new menu items regularly. Can get items here that I don't make at home. Pleasant surroundings.

The best garden bar ever!

The food was good. The atmosphere is family friendly and upscale. You are paying a hefty price for the food here. While the costs aren't outrageous it is over priced for what you are getting.With all that said the staff were kind and friendly and the experience was enjoyable just overpriced.

Just left there and my sandwich was made wrong had lettuce tomato and all that which was supposed to be plain. Told the manager he just went back in and switched my buns with the same burger. Asked y I didn't receive another burger and said he thought it didn't matter. When it was supposed to be plain. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone!!!

Always great food and great service. Salad bar is always well stocked and the new sliders we had tonight were spot on.
